Dwayne is the pastor in charge at Wellspring Church in Charlotte NC the church he established in 2007. He is a board member of Acts 29 Network he is Director for Pastoral Care. Dwayne is also a believer to train the next generation of Biblical counselors. He sits on the Board of Directors for the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He is the author of several online articles as well as co-author on Christ Centered biblical counseling, changing lives through God's eternal Word (eds. Kelleman as well as Viars). Dwayne's wife Leslie has three kids.
